CHEF DANIELA PÉREZ GARCÍA

Originally from Mexico City, Chef Daniela knew that she wanted to cook ever since she was little. Having studied at the Swiss Institute of Gastronomy in Puebla, she also had the chance to work in Peru, ultimately becoming specialized in Nikkei cuisine. She joined the Palace Resorts family 2 years ago, where she continues to grow and is currently in charge of the contemporary oriental restaurant at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun. Her greatest inspiration is found in working as a team and ensuring the true satisfaction of her guests.
