THERE’S A STORY BEHIND EACH DISH

CHEFFABIOLA NAVA GÓNGORA

Born and bred in Tabasco, Chef Nava joined the Palace Resorts family in 2010, eager to continue learning and creating. Her greatest motivation has come from Chef Juan Carlos Zahoul who has encouraged her to explore the flavors of Lebanese cuisine, using ingredients such as Arabic pepper, zaatar and sumac. She fulfils her dreams on a daily basis through receiving positive feedback, observing the satisfaction of her guests as they sample her creations, and being a source of motivation for her team.

Amazing Experience

Amazing

Had a lovely time at the Moon palace the Grand, lovely hotel and staff are so helpful and friendly. Will be booking again for next year, food was lovely and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lots of pools to entertain everyone.
