CHEF FRANCISCO PRIMERO SÁNCHEZ VELASCO

Originally from Veracruz, Chef Francisco started out in the restaurant industry from the age of 8, developing a passion for cooking. Having studied in Veracruz he holds an MBA with a focus on Quality and Productivity; as well as having specialized in Veracruz, Caribbean and Buffet-style cuisine. He considers the most outstanding features of Caribeño to be the quality and flavors of the food, as well as the energy and passion with which his whole team prepares each dish.

BREAKFAST BUFFET: 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
LUNCH À LA CARTE: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
DINNER À LA CARTE: 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m

To ensure a truly elegant atmosphere, please adhere to our smart-casual dress code of long pants or tailored, collared short or polo shirt.

Amazing Experience

Had a lovely time at the Moon palace the Grand, lovely hotel and staff are so helpful and friendly. Will be booking again for next year, food was lovely and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lots of pools to entertain everyone.
