CHEF FRANCISCO PRIMERO SÁNCHEZ VELASCO

Originally from Veracruz, Chef Francisco started out in the restaurant industry from the age of 8, developing a passion for cooking. Having studied in Veracruz he holds an MBA with a focus on Quality and Productivity; as well as having specialized in Veracruz and Caribbean. He considers the most outstanding features of Caribeño to be the quality and flavors of the food, as well as the energy and passion with which his whole team prepares each dish.

Augusto in the grill amazing!!!

An amazing stay in the moon palace!!! The highlight of our week was most definitely the service we received from Augusto in the grill restaurant!! We ended up revisiting the restaurant 3 times in total as a result of his excellent service and of course the food!! Thank you Augusto and your team!

We love it

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon in the Moon Palace in 2004. We fell in love with it. We have been going with our daughters. In June 2019, we went with my family and my wife sister's family and stayed at the Grand. It is huge and so much fun.

Amazing!!!!

 

I celebrated a big birthday with my extended family. In total there were 11 of us ranging from the ages of 8 - 58 (including 3 teens). The property was spectacular, the variety, quality and taste of the food was fantastic. The staff was the best of Mexico - warm, attentive, kind.
